1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the DivYukti pre-launch waitlist, accessing our website, or utilizing the astrology consultation portal, you formally agree to these Terms of Service. These conditions ensure a balanced, safe, and authentic environment for both seekers and astrologers.
2. Non-Medical and Advisory Nature of Service
DivYukti operates as a platform connecting users (seekers) with verified spiritual guides, tarot readers, numerologists, and Vedic astrologers. The counsel, insights, charts, and interpretations (including Upay or remedies) offered are purely subjective and intended for spiritual and advisory purposes only. Under no circumstances should astrology be used as a replacement for psychological, legal, medical, or financial advice from licensed professionals.
3. Respectful Conduct
DivYukti is a sacred space. Harassment, abuse, profanity, or threats directed toward astrologers, or conversely toward seekers, are strictly prohibited. The platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy resulting in immediate, un-refunded bans from the network.
4. Payments, Packages, and Refunds
DivYukti operates on transparency. Users pre-purchase minutes or fixed sessions to engage with their desired expert. If a confirmed session faces technical interruption caused by our infrastructure, the session minutes shall be restored. Dissatisfaction regarding a reading's outcome, inherently subjective to the divine arts, does not routinely qualify for a refund but is subject to Quality Review if formally escalated.
